I grew up on my family’s farm in Maha Sarakham, a region in Northeast Thailand known for its rich abundance of food. From a young age, I would prepare dishes to sell at the local market before heading off to school.
Cooking with fresh, naturally grown ingredients instilled in me a deep appreciation for blending herbs and spices, enabling me to craft traditional Thai and Isan dishes while also developing my own distinctive flavors. This strong foundation has inspired me to expand my culinary horizons, exploring and creating dishes influenced by the cuisines of Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Singapore.
